Thank you for your interest in my work! Below are the shop policies regarding shipping, returns, cancellations, and payments. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out before placing your order.


Packaging & Shipping

Original Artworks
Originals are carefully hand-packaged in the studio and personally prepared for shipment by the artist. Please allow up to 1 week for packaging and processing. Once shipped from Stockholm, you’ll receive tracking details. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Limited Edition Prints
Prints are made to order and shipped from Print Space locations in the UK, US, or Germany, depending on your region. These are professionally packaged and typically delivered within 2–3 weeks of your order.


Customs & Import Fees

Customs policies vary by country and are subject to change. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm any applicable import taxes or duties before placing an order.

  • USA: Original artworks are classified under code 9701.10.0000 and are currently duty-free.

  • Canada: Original artworks are generally duty-free under code 9701, though provincial taxes may apply.

  • UK: No import duties apply under code 9701, but VAT may be charged by the courier upon delivery.

  • EU: A 12% VAT is added at checkout. No additional duties apply.

  • Other Countries: Import taxes or customs fees may apply and are not included in the product price or shipping. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Please check with your local customs office for details specific to your country.


Returns & Refunds

EU Customers

Under EU law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery — this applies only to non-customized, non-personalized goods.

In accordance with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the following are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

  • One-of-a-kind original artworks

  • Made-to-order prints (including limited edition risograph and giclée prints)

If you believe your item qualifies for a return under EU law, please contact me within 14 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Returned items must:

  • Be in original condition and packaging

  • Be shipped with tracking

  • Arrive safely before a refund can be processed

Non-EU Customers

Most original works are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced. Refunds will only be issued in the event of damage during shipping.

Please note: Variations such as smudging, texture, and other handmade marks are part of the original artwork’s nature and not considered defects.

To request a refund for a damaged item, email me within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear, well-lit photos of the damage and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed. Items must be returned in original packaging.


Cancellations

Original Artworks:
If you need to cancel, please email me immediately. Cancellations are only possible before the item has shipped.

Prints:
Since prints are made to order, cancellations can only be processed within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.


Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after your return is received and approved.

  • Credit/debit cards: 7–10 business days (depending on your bank)

  • PayPal: 1–2 business days

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • Klarna, AfterPay, and other local options (where available)
